This is a leadership role for someone who has successfully managed large-scale performance marketing campaigns, built and mentored teams, and delivered measurable business results through Google Ads and Meta Ads.
The ideal candidate is smart, commercially minded, data-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment where priorities shift quickly and multiple client accounts require strategic oversight.
