Performance Marketing Executive

We are a full‑service digital marketing agency based in Dubai, UAE, hiring a Performance Marketing Executive. This is a full‑time, on‑site role. Candidates based in India who are willing to relocate will be considered; the company will provide employment visa and flight.

• Set up, manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) for multiple clients in healthcare, hospitality, retail, and professional services.
• Monitor all active client ad accounts daily, flag underperforming campaigns, and conduct monthly audits.
• Prepare clear performance reports for clients on Google Ads, Meta, and GA4.
• Proactively optimise targeting, bidding, ad copy and landing pages to improve ROAS and reduce CPL.
• Handle client queries about campaign performance directly and professionally.
