We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Performance Marketing & Digital Growth Specialist to drive paid digital acquisition, optimize conversion funnels, and scale revenue efficiently.

This role is responsible for generating high-quality leads through data-driven paid campaigns, structured automation flows, and performance-focused social media strategy. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and has a strong understanding of full-funnel performance marketing — from awareness to enrollment conversion.

You will lead campaign planning, execution, optimization, tracking, and reporting across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital platforms, ensuring measurable ROI and continuous growth.
