Performance Marketing & Creator Ecosystem Lead

KiX is a fast-growing social-gaming platform with players across global and MENA markets. We pair a B2C game app with a B2B game-distribution platform, and we live by one principle: game first, money second . As we scale, we are looking for a hands-on lead to own our paid growth engine and creator ecosystem end to end.

About the role

You will own the 'A-axis' of our growth org - paid acquisition, media buying, and the creator/influencer ecosystem. This is a builder role: you will set the strategy, run the campaigns, manage the budget, and grow the team. You will report into the Growth lead and work closely with our Data, Product, and Game teams across Singapore and Guangzhou.

What you'll do

• Own and scale paid user-acquisition campaigns across channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic, and emerging networks).
• Manage media-buying strategy and budget allocation optimise for CPI, ROA...
