Performance Marketing

Job Purpose: We run paid, performance-driven demand generation for a B2B Cloud business. The incumbent will own the budget, channel mix, and CAC outcome across Google, LinkedIn, programmatic, and field/event channels and will be responsible for driving measurable business outcomes through performance marketing initiatives. Primary Responsibilities: Full ownership of paid digital spend (Google, Social, Programmatic, EDMs), including CAC and ROAS outcomes. Drive channel mix decisions based on cost-per-SQL and cost-per-won-deal metrics. Coordinate with Product and Technology teams to translate roadmap into campaign messaging. Align marketing spend and pacing with Sales pipeline targets and business priorities. Manage agencies, influencers, and channel partners against defined KPIs.
