Performance Marketing

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Associate who can plan, run, and optimize Meta ad campaigns.

• Build brand-wise performance marketing strategies
• Build top, middle, bottom funnel, and re-engagement strategies conscious of market type and buying patterns
• Work on insight led marketing and discovery strategies
• Develop customer centric and personalised re-targeting campaigns
• Run and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google products
• Build and deploy Answer-Engine performance strategies
• Manage and scale ad budgets efficiently
• Monitor key performance metrics and optimize for better results
• Work with creatives and copies to ensure brand consistency in tandem with funnel performance
• Build and share reports that help stakeholders better understand advertising efforts, what's working, and what's needed next
