Performance Improvement Integrator

Summary This position is located at the Armed Forces Retirement Home-Washington, reporting to the Administrator. The incumbent is responsible for assisting with establishing, developing, and implementing a facility-wide Performance Improvement (PI) Program designed to improve performance by measuring, assessing, and monitoring systems and services that impact the ability of the AFRH to meet its mission, vision, and goals. Responsibilities As a Performance Improvement Integrator, you will: Design, implement, and provide mechanisms for initiating and evaluating the effectiveness of the PI Program which will examine such areas as: clinical services; medical and pharmacy; staff development; finance; psychosocial; resident services; safety; and campus operations.
