Per Diem RN Case Manager/Supervisor

POSITION: Per Diem Registered Nurse Case Manager / Supervisor SUPERVISOR: Administrator   STATUS: Non-Exempt POSITION REQUIREMENTS: This position is primarily per diem (10-20 hrs/wk Martin & St Lucie Counties) with the possibility of growth.  The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the service provided to the clients of Always Best Care Senior Services, (the Agency), and for supervising the delivery of services, according to the philosophy, standards and all AHCA Accredited Policies and Procedures of the Agency. The RN will ensure that all direct care staff provide safe, appropriate, prompt, courteous and professional service to clients according to the client's Plan of Service.
