Make an immediate impact supporting students in the K-12 school setting as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Paraprofessional. Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification


• OSPI Paraeducator Certification or Associate’s Degree required


• Prior experience supporting children or students in an educational or behavioral setting is strongly preferred


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to adapt to varying student needs and classroom environments
