As the HR Advisor II at the North West Company (TNWC), you will provide support for all manager and employee inquiries and issues related to employee relations programs, policies, and procedures. You will enable business partners to create and sustain a positive employee relations environment that supports a satisfied, productive and motivated workforce.

Your Role:
- Respond to multi-channel inquiries from managers and employees related to employee relations policies and procedures ensuring that inquiries and issues are escalated to the appropriate stakeholder.
- Provide consultative services to identify root causes of employee relations issues, create solutions for improvement, and facilitate implementation of action plans.
