Key Responsibilities 1. Workforce Planning Support the collection, analysis, and reporting of people metrics, including headcount, turnover, and attrition. Conduct policy research and assist in updating HR policies, documentation, and guidelines. Partner with Client Success Managers (CSMs) to assess workforce requirements and support resource planning and forecasting. Analyze workforce trends and provide insights to support talent management and succession planning initiatives. Prepare and present workforce reports, dashboards, and HR analytics. Support HR projects aligned with business objectives, such as retention initiatives and client workforce planning. Translate client workforce requirements into actionable HR initiatives, including upskilling, right-sizing, and retention strategies. Identify workforce risks and recommend proactive interventions to improve employee retention and engagement. 2.
