Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of People Services Advisors across Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand.
- Monitor team workflows, service queues, SLAs, and KPIs to meet delivery standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process optimisation opportunities and enhancing service delivery effectiveness.
