As a People Services Generalist within our Bogotá Hub, you’ll support the execution of People Lifecycle (PLC) processes across the Americas, delivering a best‑in‑class service experience in onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and employee support while ensuring compliance with local legal frameworks and Sanofi's corporate policies.
