Role Overview

As the Studio People Partner, you are the chief organizational architect and a key strategic advisor to the Managing Director and portfolio founders. You treat talent and organizational design as capital allocation. You don’t wait for direction; you proactively run continuous diagnostics across the studio core and pre-Series A portfolio companies to eliminate operational friction and accelerate business velocity. You serve as the primary strategic interface with our corporate mothership, ensuring frictionless compliance governance, while leading the design of all compensation structures, option pools, and performance evaluation programs.
