People & Organization - Transformation and Change Lead

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Transformation & Change Lead as part of our corporate transformation program. You will be responsible for identifying, facilitating, and driving the operational, organizational, and leadership changes required to achieve our transformation objectives.

In this role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, leaders and transformation teams across the Nordics to drive change initiatives, facilitate workshops and support organizational transformation. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high‑impact people, culture and business transformation activities in a dynamic Nordic environment.

The assignment is a fixed term, initially 50%, with the possibility to increase to 75%, and is expected to run for approximately 18 months with potential extension.
