About the Role

We are looking for a People Ops Specialist to take full ownership of our employee lifecycle operations and internal support in Spain. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our team members, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and top‑tier employee experience from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Local Compliance – Take charge of all specific labor‑related administrative tasks and legal requirements for Spain.
• Data Integrity – Maintain internal databases, employee profiles, and HR tools (HiBob, Officevibe, etc.) to guarantee data consistency and audit readiness.
