People Operations Specialist ( HRBP)

We are seeking an HR Business Partner to support business leaders and employees on various people-related matters and initiatives. The role will involve partnering with the business to drive HR programs, support talent management processes, improve people practices, and contribute to a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, collaborative, data-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. We are also looking for someone with exposure to HR digitization initiatives and an awareness of emerging AI applications in HR.
