In this role you will own and refine the People Operations foundation as Seqera scales globally. You will partner across People, Finance, IT and external providers to ensure accurate, compliant employee lifecycle processes. You’ll streamline onboarding, payroll, HRIS administration, and compliance while improving workflows and documentation. This hands-on role offers meaningful ownership and the chance to shape foundational People processes in a mission-driven, globally distributed company.
