As a People Operations & Office Executive, you’ll sit at the heart of the Johannesburg office, supporting the business across people operations, office management, and day‑to‑day operational delivery. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll own key elements of the employee lifecycle while ensuring the office runs smoothly and the wider team is fully supported.
Working closely with the Senior Operations Manager and leadership team, you’ll play a key role in enabling a high‑performing, well‑structured, and engaging working environment across a growing global business.

Support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility
Maintain and update HRIS systems, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date employee records
Support global payroll processes and related administrative coordination
