People Operations Executive — HR & Onboarding

DigiKhata is seeking an Executive – People Operations to manage end-to-end HR operations from Faisalabad. You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management, while supporting payroll and benefits data, and handling employee queries with confidentiality.

You will collaborate across teams to foster a positive work culture, organize internal communications and activities, and contribute to continuous improvements of people-related processes in a growing fintech environment.
