People Operations, Corporate Intern (Madrid)

Position Overview

People Operations & Communication responsibilities include:

• Ensure the EMEA HR global calendar is updated and accurate to support communication activities.
• Participate in the elaboration and execution of EMEA change plans and communication plans.
• Create visual assets (mailings, posters, corporate social media content, GIFs, videos) and on‑brand HR documents (policy, presentation, etc.) for all HR functions (Total Rewards, HRIS, Generalists, D&I).
• Provide support on change management projects and HRIS implementations.

Employee Wellbeing

• Coordinate employee well‑being activities in EMEA by maintaining the annual and quarterly calendar.
• Proactively support the development of new initiatives to drive employee adoption of our current resources and tools.
• Develop reporting on employee adoption of our well‑being resources and tools.
