People Operations Coordinator

Are you passionate about creating a great colleague experience while keeping people operations running smoothly?

We're looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join our team at De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms, right in the heart of Covent Garden. In this full-time, on-site role, you'll play a key part in supporting both the People & Culture Manager and our busy event operations teams. This role is due to commence in September.

You'll be central to delivering a seamless colleague experience across the entire lifecycle - from recruitment and onboarding to payroll administration, engagement activity, HR processes and rota planning. As the first point of contact for operational teams, you'll ensure time and attendance records are accurate, answer day-to-day queries, and coordinate staffing to make sure all shifts are covered so our iconic events venue runs effortlessly.
