A fast-growing eCommerce enabler operating across Southeast Asia’s biggest social commerce platforms is looking for a People Operations Associate to support the People & Culture Lead in managing office facilities, vendor relations, and administrative operations — keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes.

What you’ll own:

• Event Management — end-to-end planning, budgeting, and execution of internal events, office celebrations, and company campaigns, including vendor coordination and post-event processing
• Office Management — maintaining well-stocked supplies, overseeing general office upkeep including cleanliness and equipment, and coordinating with housekeeping personnel
