What You Will Do:
- Support the execution of People Development programs (e.g. Learning Month).
- Assist in the end-to-end performance review process, including data preparation, tracking, and administrative support.
- Maintain and update employee data and organizational structure in the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation across all people development related processes.
