Culture & Engagement

• Support employee engagement initiatives such as surveys, feedback sessions, onboarding programs, and retention activities
• Plan and facilitate team-building, volunteering, and site engagement activities

Employee Support & Relations

• Act as a first point of contact for salaried and hourly employees on HR-related questions
• Conduct employee relations investigations and escalate complex matters as needed
• Provide guidance on Canadian benefits and medical leave processes in collaboration with the Benefits team

Training & Development

• Manage LinkedIn Learning licenses and support continuous learning initiatives
• Coordinate and track mandatory workplace training
• Track quarterly and annual performance review documentation
