People & Culture Executive

Mandarin Oriental, Singapore is looking for a People & Culture Executive to join our People & Culture team.

• Work with P&C business partners and other stakeholders in terms of recruitment matters such as arranging interviews and presenting Letters of Appointment to selected candidates.
• Execute smooth onboarding, offboarding and employee life cycle for assigned business units.
• Drive employee relations to increase efficiency and boost morale.
• Administer P&C policies and procedures within the hotel.
• Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of all employees’ data.
