People Business Partner
The People Business Partner, APAC partners with Leaders of Leaders, VPs and their leadership teams across multiple APAC countries to translate business priorities into effective people strategies. This role operates as a trusted advisor and sparring partner with significant autonomy, working in functional pods with Regional and Global Business Partners and in close collaboration with our COEs. Through high‑quality consulting, coaching, employee relations leadership and talent calibration, this role directly enables Pax8 to scale a high‑performing, engaged and compliant APAC workforce in service of our growth strategy.
Working Arrangement at Pax8 APAC
• During your first 6 months, you will be based in our Manila office to immerse yourself in the team, the culture, and your role.
• After 6 months, you may request a hybrid arrangement of up to 2 days working from home each week, tailored to your role and team rhythm.
