People Business Partner

An exciting opportunity has become available at Maria Mallaband Care Group for a People Business Partner to join the team on a fixed terms basis We are currently recruiting for a an experienced, proactive, and forward-thinking HR professional who will be responsible for providing advice, support and guidance to our leadership teams on all People related matters while maintaining an appropriate balance between strategic and operational working. This is a regional role supporting approximately 11 care homes and will suit somebody based around the Camberley / Woking / Maidenhead area who is happy to travel to central London as and when required, Due to the travel involved a car allowance is included in the package.
