The Australian Venue Co. family is looking for a motivated People & Culture Services Coordinator to join our People & Culture Services team on an initial six-month fixed-term contract, with a view to extend or become permanent.

Reporting to the HR Services & Systems Manager, this role will support first-level HR queries, HR administration, onboarding, employment contract generation, compliance, and HR system maintenance. We are looking for someone proactive, organised, and detail-focused, with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
