Purpose
The People and Culture Coordinator will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization’s People & Culture Team. This role plays an integral part in our international visa programs.
Primary Functions and
Responsibilities
+ Works closely with multiple international visa agencies to track interviews, embassy appointments, visa approvals, flight information and coordinates closely with the People & Culture team to arrange onboarding.
+ Takes the lead in the creation of and presentation of all welcome orientation materials for international team members.
