Responsibilities
- Manage all pension and social security registrations and compliance activities for UAE Nationals and GCC Nationals
- Handle employee registration updates and deregistration through pension and government portals, including Nafis and other relevant systems
- Liaise with government entities and authorities regarding pension, social security and employment-related matters
- Oversee government relations processes and ensure full compliance with UAE labor and pension regulations
- Coordinate with HR, payroll, onboarding and offboarding teams regarding pension contributions and employee records
- Prepare reports, audits and compliance documentation as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the UAE
- Strong experience in UAE pension and social security regulations for UAE and GCC Nationals
