Pensions & Social Security Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all pension and social security registrations and compliance activities for UAE Nationals and GCC Nationals
• Handle employee registration updates and deregistration through pension and government portals, including Nafis and other relevant systems
• Liaise with government entities and authorities regarding pension, social security and employment-related matters
• Oversee government relations processes and ensure full compliance with UAE labor and pension regulations
• Coordinate with HR, payroll, onboarding and offboarding teams regarding pension contributions and employee records
• Prepare reports, audits and compliance documentation as required

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the UAE
• Strong experience in UAE pension and social security regulations for UAE and GCC Nationals
