Key Responsibilities:
Define and manage the global Workday roadmap, including releases and continuous improvement initiatives
Act as the functional and technical Product Owner from SaaS
Lead the implementation of new modules, features, and enhancement s aligned with business growth
Translate business requirements into efficient Workday solutions
Own, design, and optimiz e payroll, finance, and third-party HR apps
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to align system capabilities with business need
