Pega Lead Business Architect: Strategy, Value & Delivery

ASB Bank is seeking an experienced Pega Lead Business Architect to bridge business strategy and technology delivery. You will lead architecture and analysis across Pega initiatives, shaping requirements and ensuring value-led designs that deliver measurable outcomes.

You will facilitate workshops with stakeholders, translate complex needs into clear user stories and artefacts, and collaborate with Product Owners, Architects and delivery teams to drive successful outcomes.
