The Te Tira Uru Ora Te Manawa Taki Hepatitis C Service, delivered in partnership with Odyssey and DISC, is an amazing, innovative outreach service that supports increased Hepatitis C (Hep C) point of care testing and treatment, amongst people who inject drugs (PWID) and others who are at risk of Hep C. 

We are now seeking a dedicated, part time, Peer Navigator for this service to work 21 hours per week

Based in Hamilton, this role offers the opportunity to deliver a high-quality, culturally responsive service across the region. Travel is required throughout the Coromandel, Bay of Plenty, Taranaki, and Gisborne areas, with occasional overnight stays.
