PdM Engineer

Overview

Predictive Maintenance (PdM) Engineer is responsible to report collected and gathered data for techniques such as vibration analysis, oil and grease analysis, electrical and mechanical thermographic inspection, electrical ultrasound, motor circuit analysis, and ultrasound – air leak inspection to the client, particularly the maintenance manager, supervisor and other maintenance personnel.

Responsibilities

1. Work safely in and around operating equipment in a plant environment. Immediately address, report, and resolve unsafe conditions and/or acts through appropriate channels. Comply with all plant safety and work procedures and policies.
2. Create an informative and extensive prescription report with recommendations from the diagnosis report issued by the laboratory from the data collected by the Predictive Maintenance (PdM) technician, using the following techniques:
   • Vibration Analysis
   • Oil and Grease Analysis
