The Role
- Safely drive our modern shuttle buses between our car parks and Luton Airport terminals
- Provide a warm, professional welcome – making every journey part of a hassle‑free travel experience
- Carry out daily vehicle safety checks, ensuring buses are clean, roadworthy and ready to go
- Assist customers with luggage, prams and wheelchairs, always putting accessibility and comfort first
- Liaise with our Duty Manager and team to coordinate pick‑ups and drop‑offs, adapting to flight schedules and traffic
