PCN Operations Director

Location - Maidenhead

Job type - Permanent

Hours - 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Hybrid role, minimum of 3 days in office, 2 days remote. Additional on site attendance may be required to meet service and organisational needs.

Holiday entitlement - 25 days per year plus bank holidays

Reporting to - Clinical Director

Salary - Between £65,000 and £75,000 per annum depending on experience

Role purpose

The Maidenhead PCN Operations Director is a senior operational leadership role responsible for the day-to-day management, governance, and assurance of the Primary Care Network, reporting to the Board and commissioners and stakeholders. The post holder will ensure that the PCN operates safely, compliantly, and efficiently, meeting all contractual, regulatory, and statutory obligations.
