Roles & Responsibilities:
Operate SMT production line equipment such as Solder Paste Printer, SPI, Pick & Place and AOI Machines Perform machine setup, loading, and unloading of PCB assemblies.Monitor machine performance and production output during shifts.Follow quality standards and work instructions to minimize defects.Handle ESD-sensitive components as per ESD guidelines.Record production data, downtime, yield, and quality issues accurately.Adhere to 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and ESD control procedures.Adheres to all safety requirements.Participates in appropriate training to gain a basic understanding of several of business systems/concepts such as Demand Flow, Statistical Process Control, Process Documentation, Empowerment, Six Sigma methods, Quality and/or Cost ImprovementSKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATIONS
