PCB (Printed Circuit Board) Engineer

Job Description

As a PCB Engineer, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Conduct testing and analysis on defective PCBs to identify root causes of failure.
• Perform repair and rework of defective PCBs used in air conditioning units.
• Prepare, maintain, and operate repair tools and equipment required for PCB troubleshooting and repair processes.
• Ensure repair activities follow quality standards and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to support smooth assembly and delivery processes.
• Propose and implement improvements to prevent recurring issues during PCB assembly, handling, and delivery.
• Document test results, repair actions, and improvement recommendations clearly and accurately.
