PCB Assembly Technician
Clevedon, Somerset
Base salary: £30,000 – £32,000 per annum. Holiday: 33 days. Bonus schemes: available. Overtime: possible. Benefits: private GP healthcare insurance, healthcare cashback scheme, C2W scheme.
Responsibilities
- Report to the Stores Manager
- Assemble and solder PCBs to company standards
- Ensure accurate component placement and quality inspection
- Identify stock shortages and raise requisitions
- Monitor inventory and support production scheduling
- Maintain accurate production and stock records
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- IPC Certified – desirable
- Prior knowledge or experience with PCB assembly work
- Soldering experience
- Able to follow technical drawings
