We are looking for Help Desk or Desktop or A+ Certified Computer Techs. Bootcamp grad will also work.
Must be somewhat familiar with troubleshooting standard computer/PC issues and calmly assisting users who need help.
Must be very customer service oriented; professional; calm; empathetic.
Dates when the Tech is needed:
+ July 21: 8:30am PST
+ Tues, July 28 6:30 AM - approx. 6:30 PM lunch times will vary
+ Wed, July 29 7:30 AM - approx. 4:00 PM lunch times will vary
+ Thurs, July 30 7:30 AM - approx. 4:00 PM lunch times will vary

This role has been created to support the beta launch of a new exam delivery platform. During this critical phase, we will be delivering exams to several hundred test-takers, and additional technical expertise is needed to ensure a smooth, secure, and reliable testing experience....
