Key Responsibilities
+ Answer and route incoming internal and external calls.
+ Screen callers and provide basic information or assistance.
+ Respond to emergency calls and announce overhead emergency codes.
+ Dispatch security and communicate with Environmental Services (EVS) and Facilities.
+ Monitor work orders, radio communications, and security/door alarm systems.
