Your main responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Represent Payroll as SME in the payroll tax function. Ensure employee tax setups, tax remittance and filing is accurate, timely and compliant. Accountable to ensure adjustments are entered in SAP all employees tax timely and accurately throughout the year and any associated amended returns are filled in accordance. Performs monthly and quarterly audits on system to ensure data integrity and resolves any discrepancies that would negatively impact company tax returns.
2. Responsible for processing assigned payroll through the SAP system and ensure accurate and timely running of the payroll. Ensure attention to detail and accuracy of payroll records, excellent problem solving/judgment skills for various employee inquiries and issues. Process general ledger entries.
