Job Description
As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for obtaining and entering accurate and timely HR information and payroll data into the payroll system. You will analyze and input timecard data to the computerized payroll system, ensuring confidentiality of all company, employee, and customer data. Your role is crucial in ensuring employee wages are paid in accordance with applicable collective bargaining agreements and in resolving any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities
+ Process payroll changes including new hires, promotions, terminations, transfers, leaves of absence, garnishments, manual checks, and various payroll deductions.
+ Ensure compliance with payroll controls to achieve error-free payroll and detect discrepancies before they affect employee checks.
