A successful Payroll and HR/Onboarding Specialist will have a high level of personal time management, organizational skills, the ability to manage and prioritize daily workflow, and have the ability to effectively onboard new hires through clear, concise communication while exhibiting interpersonal skills that are compassionate, and team member friendly.
