Key Responsibilities
- Act as a subject‑matter expert for the assigned country.
- Manage relationships with Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, and Engineering stakeholders.
- Process full end‑to‑end payroll including statutory filing, exceptions, approvals, payments and compliance.
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and accurate accounting/reconciliations.
- Focus on KPIs and SLAs, and continuously improve processes.
- Mentor and support payroll specialists and back up regional managers during absences.
Qualifications
- Payroll management or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of payroll best practices.
- Proficiency with SAP, Excel, or Google Sheets.
