Payroll Specialist (contract)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team for approximately one year to support accurate, compliant, and timely execution of payroll operations and system integration activities with iA Financial Group. The successful candidate will develop deep expertise in Richardson Wealth's payroll processes and systems and will play a critical role in ensuring continuity of payroll operations, including the ability to independently lead payroll processing and act as a key backup during periods of absence, transition, or increased workload. This role operates in a dynamic and evolving environment, requiring strong analytical capability, adaptability, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
