Payroll Specialist

Responsible for managing and processing employee compensation accurately and in compliance with legal & company policies.

• Process monthly/bi-weekly payroll for employees
• Verify timesheets, attendance, and leave records
• Calculate salaries, bonuses, overtime, and deductions
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws
• Prepare and post payroll journal entries
• Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Handle end-of-service benefits
• Manage payroll taxes, social security, and statutory deductions
• Generate payroll reports

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 6 - 8 years of payroll accounting experience
• Experience in UAE payroll regulations is mandate
