Payroll Specialist (6 Month - Maternity Leave Replacement)

Scope Of Work :

• Execute end-to-end monthly payroll calculation, including basic salary, allowances, overtime, incentives, bonuses, and deductions
• Monitor and verify employee attendance data, leaves of absence, sick leaves, and time-off tracking
• Calculate, report, and manage monthly income tax (PPh 21), BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and BPJS Kesehatan compliance
• Administer employee benefits programs, including medical insurance, and annual increments
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data and prepare monthly payroll/compensation benefit budget reports for the management.

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor in Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field from reputable university with > 3.0 GPA
• Minimum 3-4 years of proven experience
• Deep knowledge of Labour Law, BPJS systems, and PPh 21 calculation
