Payoll Project Lead Payroll Project Lead 12-18 month FTC Central London Hybrid working £55-62k per annum Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Project Lead to join their busy team on a contract basis Duties include; Lead and manage multiple payroll transformation projects, including digitisation, system improvements, and process optimisation Oversee and develop the Analytics Team, ensuring effective delivery and performance Plan, coordinate, and monitor project timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables using Agile methodology Act as the main escalation point, resolving project issues and ensuring successful outcomes Support system configuration, testing (UAT), and implementation of payroll solutions Produce reporting, analysis, and documentation (process maps, workflows, specifications) to support decision-making Drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with payroll legislation, GDPR, and audit requirements Engage and communicate with key stakeholders across Pa...
